I was the Founder and President of Bay Area Tire Recycling, which was the first and only crumb rubber tire recycling plant in the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California.
We had a complete running factory making twenty million pounds plus per year to test our designs and concepts. We were the manufacturers of Perma-Flex© and Perma-Turf©,. Our factory was located in San Leandro, in the San Francisco Bay Area.
